Stewardship
Acknowledging gifts in a timely manner is just the first step we take in providing careful stewardship of gifts. We are committed to ensuring that Walla Walla University has fulfilled the purpose of your gifts and is carefully monitoring the funds entrusted to us.

Gift Receipts
Upon receipt of each gift, we are committed to promptly mailing an official receipt for each gift. This receipt will meet the necessary requirement needed for tax purposes. If there is any additional information that you require, please call us for assistance.

Please note that gifts made electronically will receive a confirmation receipt via email only. You will not be sent a physical form. The email that you receive will meet the necessary requirements needed for tax purposes. Please call us if you have any questions!

Annual Report

Endowments Reports
Endowment reports are sent to all donors typically near the end of the calendar year. The report includes the Endowment Fund Balance, which is the principal portion of the endowment, and the Operating Fund balance, which are the funds used for scholarship awards.

Memorial or Tribute Endowments
We can assist you in establishing a named scholarship fund. These funds provide an enduring tribute to individuals as well as benefit the current students who rely on tuition aid to attend Walla Walla University.
