The Havstad Alumni Center has three comfortable guest rooms available* for visitors to the WWU campus. One room has a king bed, and two rooms have two queen beds. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, TV, an iron and ironing board, bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi.
Terms and Conditions: NO SMOKING and NO PETS ($50 fine for each violation of policy); exceptions made for service animals with advance notice only; check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am (NOTE: Key cards automatically deactivate at 11:00 am on the day of departure).
Cancellation Policy: No charge for room cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to check-in time. Fifty percent of the total reservation cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in time. Failing to notify us of a cancellation will result in the full charge for the reserved room(s). Cancellations may be made anytime by email at Havstad.Lodging@gmail.com or by calling (509) 540-8095.
Key pick up: If you arrive on campus during business hours, Monday-Thursday, come directly to the Havstad Alumni Center at 20 SW 4th St. Otherwise key cards are available at the front desk of the Foreman Hall Dormitory, 200 SE Ash Ave, College Place.
NOTE: The Havstad Alumni Center Guest Rooms are managed by the WWU Alumni Association, a separate entity from Walla Walla University.
*Rooms are not available during Homecoming or Graduation Weekend.
