Reserve an event facility

Use the form below to reserve a classroom, lecture hall, or outdoor location on the Walla Walla University campus. Locations with specialized reservations processes are listed below and must be followed without the use of this form. Please check to see if a location is available, and receive a reservation confirmation before promoting your event or requesting other services at that location. 

Steps to reserving a facility:

1. Complete the Event Facilities Request Form at the bottom of this page at least three weeks in advance of your event.
2. Receive notification of next steps via email after your request is processed.
3. Establish insurance or provide documentation of coverage. Insurance coverage may be provided by your own carrier or purchased by contacting Mcdonald Zarings at 509-525-5730. You may also email shaun.borth@marshmma.com or raghan.tucker@marshmma.com with a request. Quotes are usually provided within 30 minutes.
